NCAFP was founded by Dr. Hans Morgenthau, the pioneer of realism in international politics. He grew up in Finland whose national assembly became the first parliament worldwide to embrace full gender equality in 1906 - a decade before its national independence. |  A major advocate of the civil rights movement in America, Dr Steinbock believes that these rights have been suppressed in the Global South, due to centuries of colonialism, the Cold War and the post 9/11-wars. |
